Hello all,

Normally I wouldn't do this kind of thing but, deperate times call for desperate measures.

I am trying to help a family in dire financial need. This is a single mother with three young children who can't afford to buy clothes or supplies for her children for school or meet all of her bills.

I'm trying to help this family as much as I can but, their need is simply too great. I know times are tough for everyone but, if anyone can make a donation to this family in need, it would be greatly appreciated.

I know it's not much but, I will send each person who supports this cause a CD/DVD with various automotive manuals and technical documents.

For a donation of:

$15 - Clark's Garage Shop Manual and ALL Porsche Parts Catalogs
$20 - Above plus 944 Factory Shop Manual
(Or the 944 Factory Shop Manual and ALL Porsche Parts Catalog for $15)
$25 - All of the above plus one additional Shop Manual (specify)
(911 from 1972 to 1983, 911 from 1984 to 1989, 911 Carrera 2/4 from 1989 to 1994, 993, 996, 928, 924, Boxster)
$5 - for each additional manual beyond the $20 level
$15 - All Mercedes Benz Manuals for the following bodies (107, 114-115, 116, 123-1, 123-2, 124-1, 124-2, and 126)

I am covering the cost of the CDs and mailing so all money donated will go to this family in need.

Yes. It is still on. The mother has applied for federal housing to get away from an abusive partner with whom she has been living (in order to put a roof over her children's head).

She recently lost the part time job she had. However, she's been traveling working shutdowns at paper plants to make ends meet. However, she has to pay the individual she's been living with to provide care for the children while she's traveling.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how I missed this the first time. I am not at my usual computer. When I get there Pay-pal will be on the way. One another note how old are the kids? I have a bunch and would be willing to send stuff that my kids have out grown or just don't need. (UPS ground is cheep)

I have been sending them to my wife's relatives in the philippines but if there is a need I will send them to you.
